I am new to this planning and got word from a santas elf that I’m getting a portrait – can you assist me with the file download I still don’t understand –
I know I have to download both files but then upload them to the silhouette program?
like I said I am new I don’t have the machine yet but I am practicing lol

You’ll need to unzip the cut file and instructions are included inside. Have a practice using the silhouette software before you get your new machine! X
